Terms of Service

Welcome to Grahachara. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grahachara mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Wenthura Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Grahachara, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2 Description of Service

Grahachara provides Vedic astrology services including but not limited to:

• Daily horoscope readings and Nakath (auspicious time) notifications.
• Rahu Kalaya alerts and planetary transit information.
• Birth chart (Janma Pathra) generation and analysis.
• Porondam (compatibility) matching reports.
• AI-powered and human astrologer chat consultations.
• Personalized astrological reports and remedies.

3 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4 Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Free & Premium Plans

Grahachara offers both free features and premium subscription plans. Premium features require an active paid subscription.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Payments are processed according to the respective store's terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store per their respective refund policies. We do not directly process refunds for in-app purchases.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their renewal.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Share, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Service without permission.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our astrologers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

6 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, astrological algorithms, and the Grahachara brand — are owned by Wenthura Solutions Pvt Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7 User Content

When you provide feedback, reviews, or communicate through our astrologer chat:

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your feedback to improve the Service.
• Chat conversations may be used (in anonymized form) to improve our AI astrologer.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Accuracy or reliability of astrological readings.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• That results from the Service will meet your expectations.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wenthura Solutions Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Decisions made based on astrological readings provided by the Service.
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• We may delete your account data per our Privacy Policy.
• Provisions that by nature survive termination will continue to apply.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
