How to Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your Grahachara account and all associated data. Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete from the App

1. Open the Grahachara app
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to support@grahachara.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the Google email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Account information — Your name, email address, and Google profile data
• Birth chart data — Date, time, and location of birth
• Generated reports — All AI-generated horoscope and porondam reports
• Chat history — All conversations with the AI astrology assistant
• Subscription data — Your subscription status and purchase history (linked to your account)
• Token balance — Any remaining report tokens

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for legal and business requirements:

• Transaction records — Payment transaction IDs may be retained for up to 12 months for financial reporting and refund processing as required by law
• Anonymized analytics — Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data

Important Notes

• If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through Google Play before requesting account deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Grahachara again.
