How to Delete Your Account
You can request the deletion of your Grahachara account and all associated data. Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone.
Option 1: Delete from the App
- Open the Grahachara app
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: Request via Email
Send an email to support@grahachara.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the Google email address associated with your account.
We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account information Your name, email address, and Google profile data
- Birth chart data Date, time, and location of birth
- Generated reports All AI-generated horoscope and porondam reports
- Chat history All conversations with the AI astrology assistant
- Subscription data Your subscription status and purchase history (linked to your account)
- Token balance Any remaining report tokens
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal and business requirements:
- Transaction records Payment transaction IDs may be retained for up to 12 months for financial reporting and refund processing as required by law
- Anonymized analytics Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data
Important Notes
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through Google Play before requesting account deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Grahachara again.
