Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Grahachara ("we," "us," or "our"). We want you to be fully satisfied with our digital astrology services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our subscription plans and digital services.

1 Nature of Our Services

Grahachara is a digital subscription service that provides Vedic astrology features including:

• AI-powered birth chart (Kendaraya) analysis
• Porondam (compatibility) matching reports
• Comprehensive life reports (Sampurna Varthava)
• Weekly horoscope forecasts (Sathiye Lagna Palapala)
• Real-time Rahu Kalaya alerts and planetary transit notifications
• Questions answered from your chart

As a digital service, no physical goods are shipped or delivered. All content and features are delivered electronically through the Grahachara mobile application.

2 Subscription Billing

2.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed securely through:

• Google Play Store (Android users)
• Apple App Store (iOS users)

2.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current subscription rate upon renewal.

2.3 Pricing

• Sri Lanka: LKR 190/week, LKR 499/month or LKR 4,999/year
• Other countries: about USD 1.99/week, USD 6.99/month or USD 59.99/year

Outside Sri Lanka the store charges in your local currency, so the amount can differ slightly from the USD figures above. The exact price is shown in Google Play or the App Store before you confirm a purchase.
