Open Grahachara โ†’ tap "Birth Chart" โ†’ enter your date of birth, exact time of birth, and place of birth. Our system will generate your complete Janma Pathra (birth chart) with all planetary positions, Dasa periods, and detailed interpretations.

Our Rahu Kalaya calculations are based on precise astronomical algorithms using the Swiss Ephemeris, calculated for your exact location in Sri Lanka. Timings are accurate to within seconds and automatically adjust for your city or town.

Go to the Porondam section in the app and enter both partners' birth details (date, time, and place of birth). The app will analyze all 20 Porondam factors and give you a detailed compatibility report with scores and explanations.

Yes! Grahachara fully supports both Sinhala (เทƒเท’เถ‚เท„เถฝ) and English. You can switch languages anytime from Settings โ†’ Language. All horoscope readings, chart interpretations, and notifications are available in both languages.

For iOS: Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Grahachara.
For Android: Google Play Store โ†’ Menu โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Grahachara.
You can change your plan, upgrade, or cancel from there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Visit your store's refund page and select the Grahachara subscription. If you need assistance, contact us at support@grahachara.com and we'll guide you through the process.

2. In the app, go to Settings โ†’ Notifications and ensure your preferred alerts are toggled on.
3. Restart the app.
4. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app (your data is saved to your account).

Go to Settings โ†’ Account โ†’ Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. All your personal data, birth chart data, and astrological readings will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your app store.

Absolutely. Your birth data is encrypted with AES-256 and stored securely. We never share your personal astrological data with third parties. Even our support team cannot view your raw birth chart data. Read our full Privacy Policy for more details.

  • Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your credentials.
  • If you signed up with Google/Apple, use the same sign-in method.

Incorrect Astrological Data

  • Verify your birth date, time, and location in Settings โ†’ Profile.
  • Even a few minutes' difference in birth time can affect chart calculations.
  • Ensure your device's timezone is set correctly.
